This hotel is in the center of Guwahati. It is very inexpensive (about $18/night), but unlike other places in this price range, this venue is spotless -- not a speck of dirt anywhere. The bathroom was spartan but immaculate. The sheets were starched and the floors sparkled. Again, this is not a 5 star place. But if you yearn for clean and impeccable upkeep, this is the place.

stayed from 9th -11th march 2013. landed at this hotel at 5.30 am, stayed because the room was not bad compared to what we had looked for since last one
hour. Got a hefty discount was also very happy for that.
location of the hotel was very convinient. Room was neither too big neither very small.stayed in room no.305. the ac looked broken but worked well. Bed had bucks (khatmal), have got big red patches on my body because of that.
service was average, i paid rs.2000 per night and there was no geaser facility available in the bathroom, thats highly dissapointing. Hot water to bath is provided in bucket on being asked to the room service, very dissapointing.
on 11th morning my father and mother complained of being served fridge cold breakfast. Breakfast was also complimentary with our room. Otherwise they charge you rs.150 per person.
have stayed in much better rooms with all facility at much less price. So according to me and my family , inspite of the discount , according to the condition of the room and the facility available the hotel is overpriced.
bathroom need atleast one hook to hang clothes , behind the bathroom door . The only cloth hanging facility above the tub was realy inconvinient.
room 306 flush do not work, this room too was offered to us.
loads of mosquitos so do not forget to ask for your mosquito matt and machine.
staff is very friendly and cooperative.

I am from Tawang (nearby this area) but now reside in the United States. I stayed at this hotel in February 2013.
I was given a room to stay in but it was inhabitable because of the smell. It was unbearable. Upon entrance of the room, I was overcome by the odor of smoke, mold, dust, and other unrecognizable scents. I immediately asked for a room change.
The second room was not clean. Furthermore, the television did not work at all (no tv antenna service). Although there was hot water, there was no water pressure and was only a trickle coming out of the tap.
The hotel advertises breakfast availability but I was unable to get any kind of breakfast at all. I called the front desk and kitchen both several times over the course of my stay and was NEVER able to make contact with anyone. No one ever answered the phone.
I am from India, so I am aware of the various types of hotels that are available in the area. This hotel was overpriced for the quality of room and customer service it provided. It was stinky, dirty, and impossible to talk to any of the staff. If I wanted a room like I was offered I could have found another hotel for much much cheaper. Usually at this price point, one expects a clean room, with good running hot water, a working television as well as good customer service.

I stayed at the hotel on 16 June 2013. The tariff is too high. The service is pathetic. Rooms are not kept prepared for the guests. Every time you have to request for room amenities supposed to be there. No hot water in taps. You have to request and then it provides in buckets. The complimentary breakfast is for name sake. The Wi-fi broadband as has been mentioned in room amenities is not functional. Even the complimentary drinking water is not there. Overall, the hotel is one of the worst hotel in a high ended category .
Cleartrip’s hotel ratings take into account numerous factors such as independent rating systems like FHRAI, media recognition and post-trip feedback from our customers. We make all attempts to keep this information up to date, but cannot guarantee service levels at the hotel to be consistent.
