The staff is good enough and services provided are quick and reliable. .The ambience of the Dawat restaurant may not be the best but the food would surely want you
to lick your fingers.
The rooms are good enough. Chacha museum is a nice place to shop...Idli and chutney were below standard in chacha cafe.... the other flaw to me was the adamant staff at Chachaa museum refusing to ply me to hotel after 9pm...They should extend the deadline to maybe 10.30pm..Despite a few negatives the stay was a pleasant one...

Nice place to stay near the entry point of mount abu . the rooms are clean and well lit with a sober decor . The restaurant sees rajasthani and indian cuisines - the food is good and the service is quick. There is also an outdoor seating option where u can enjoy the fountains and live folk music and puppet show . There is also a lame thrower and also a folk dance program(kacchi ghodhi)

Chacha Inn The Garden Retreat. As the name suggests is very elegantly designed in the lush green garden. I recently stayed there in G4 and was delighted with the natural
waterfalls the hotel has. Its has beautiful pathways accompanied by bright flowering plants and colourful shrubs for a great walk. The Barmer singers, Puppet and Magic Show arranged in gardens made our stay the most memorable part.
The hotel staff and managers are very good. Its a treat to see the guard(specially in night with big moustache) whistling from his mouth with superb expressions while he helps you get your car parked.

We had stayed here from 14 to 17 Dec'13. overall it is a nice hotel . We stayed in Room G-9. Room was good but out side window they might kept for dumping the gurbage so dirty place so better never open curtains. staff is good and very much co-prative with us, their puppet show & magic show was good my 3 year daughter enjoying in 0 degree. Some hot water problem is their. food is ok price wise little costlier but ok.

Having stayed in a five star in Udaipur for 3 nights, we wanted to spend another 2 nights in Mount Abu (the hill station) and then proceed onwards to the
next leg of our journey. We drove from Udaipur to Mt Abu in a car and checked into the hotel at 10 AM. There was construction going on in the hotel and the proch itself was being constructed. Having checked in, we moved to our room and realised that the view was very average and so was the room.
a. Facilities - room is quite small and has a small 14" TV with limited channels. The food is very average and doesnt excite at all, this is despite the fact that we are pure vegetarians.
b. Other facilities - there are good arrangements in the open, with live rajasthani music and perfromance, magic show etc. the quality of food though could be better.
We cut short our trip of 2 nights to 1-night only and retreated back to the comfort of 5-star in Udaipur which was incidentally cheaper than what we paid at Chacha Inn.
