Stayed here for 1 day and 1 night. What I like about this hotel is peacefulness. Away from traffic and excellent property. Garden area is very good and you can enjoy dinner with folk dance and magic show. Kids really love this place.

I give this one a clear 3.5 - the 4 could be misleading. Chacha Inn has a beautiful garden and great photo opportunities as a hotel, but it is neither
too close to Nakki Lake and the market, nor too far.
The room was comfortable but we weren't given a great one - the noise from neighbours was quite deafening. Maybe the people who stay in cottages get a quieter experience.
The dinner menu was disappointing, so we chose to eat outside for the one night we stayed, but the breakfast was good & hearty (and adequate!). To top it all, our waiter at breakfast was such a nice smiling guy - he deserves a special mention.
Chacha Inn's handicraft & curios shop was something I really wanted to avoid, but must admit that they were good for a shopping expedition, if at all one wants to!

We stayed in the property for two days. Enjoyed stay. It is theme hotel with regional flavour. Very well maintained and decorated. Team is helpful. Good fun stuff for kids

I recently stayed for a day in Chacha Inn, Mt. Abu. Its reasonably priced hotel. The location is convenient and outside garden is beautiful.
The rooms looks old. Furniture and gates of room and bathroom needs urgent renovation.
There are plenty of other options where you can get good rooms for same or less rates.
