Our experience at Zone by The Park, Newtown, was a series of disappointments. We booked for a bridal prep, but the room was not ready on time, and when we finally got in, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was poorly cleaned. The service was subpar, and the location is very far from the city center. Most importantly, the Manager, Pratik, was incredibly rude. He blocked our professional photography team, claiming they only allow videos if you "book the entire hotel for the wedding." This was never mentioned in the policy and felt like extortion. He even restricted the room to 4 people, making it impossible to get ready. Truly zero hospitality standards.

The location of the hotel is good. The environment of the hotel is very family friendly. The rooms was quiet spacious and clean. The staff members especially Adrija and Subir was cooperative and professional. Must visit this place.
