It costed me 21000 for 2 days but the 1. pathetic room, old pillows and mattress , not maintained 2. Restaurant didnot have good food has to go out for eating 3. Play zone did not had any thing to play 4. Room service was bad 5. It was not value for money

Very bad service. Food is of bad quality, and insufficient. Manager is incoperative and rude.We recently checked out from this resort, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Right from the moment we arrived, the service was unprofessional and poorly managed. The staff was unresponsive to our repeated requests. The food quality was below average, and hygiene standards were clearly not maintained. We expected a relaxing stay, but instead faced constant issues that ruined our overall experience.We do not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or good service. Definitely not worth the money

Third class hospitality. Food was very costly, food quantity was very less, food quality was average. While giving feedback, their management people taking it personally and behave rudely with guest. They don't know meaning of SERVICE, HOSPITALITY, BRAND IMAGE. They only want to cheat customers. U might get impress with property photos, but my strongly reccomandation not to stay here, or else will get only regret of wastage of our hard earn money. Frustration for family as well.
