Mismanagement and unprofessionalism at its best.

Epitome of mismanagement and unprofessionalism. Pathetic stay. pathetic management. We stayed here for 2 nights. Room had all the problems you can imagine of. Below are some of the issues : 1. Faulty switch boards. Sparking and loose sockets. 2. Bathroom ceiling fell off. Management didn't repair in first 30 hours of our stay 3. Wash basin looked like it wasn't cleaned from last 5 years. 4. We asked for TV recharge. Got it recharged the next day of our stay after calling reception for the 5th time for the same issue. 5. Almirah was covered in fungus and foul smell all over it. 6. Food was below average. 7. One can see in the pics, how the tea was served to us. It was spilling all over the tray. 8. Swimming pool was all green. You will be accompanied by Algae if you take a dip. Wasn't carrying the phone to pool so couldn't take the clicks. When we got down to reception we saw a family traveling with kids who had legitimate booking but their booking was given to some other people. Final Words: **Save Yourselves. NEVER stay here.**

Very dirty and not suitable for families

We had a reservation for three nights, we arrived very late at the first night and the rooms were very dirty and full of bugs and spiders and the sheets were with brown stains even after we requested them to replace the sheets. We stayed for a second night because they promised to clean again and to give us different rooms if we will still won't be satisfied from the rooms. In the second night the rooms were still full of spiders on tge ceiling and behind the windows curtains and the sheets were with brown stains. They took us to see different room, but in all the rooms we saw the same spiders and dirty sheets problem. We left the place and didn't stay for all the three nights. They didn't agree to give us even a partial refund.

Not at all a 5000 rs hotel room. Enjoyed our stay with spiders ants crickets flies mosquitoes and many more creatures all around us. No view from room and TV hot water wifi nothing works. This hotel gave me a real feel of a hunted house

Place is good on the mountain . surroundings by nature proximity to Munnar town make it excellent place to stay as tourist can visit Munnar anytime and also the place is surrounded by good surroundings.

No Spa and GYM in this Hotel. Construction is going on and some disturbance from road traffic. paid Pools and its not clear. So some improvements required. Vehicles are not entered inside the room, so lot of walking and steps.
