A "diamond in a rough" rooftop on a poorly maintaned Hotel.

With probably one of the best views in Udaipur, the Wonder view hotel's rooftop is clearly a diamond in the rough. Much has to be done to the Hotel though. Overall in bad conditions, everything looks quite old and not taken care of. The price of food and beverages is expensive and poorly competitive looking to other main rooftops on the surroundings. In my opinion, it's worth to go only for nice sunset pictures and that is all.

I had two days stay at this place & had the worst experience. The son of owner is very rude/ unprofessional. They are having only one service boy. Rooms are not clean, they didn’t even provide freah towels & bedsheets. They are getting high charges. Please avoid booking here.

Owner Sadhana is rude. Service is hopeless. Basic amenities is not available... Very old structure. Extra blanket is of very cheap quality. Had lots of scars on skin. No toiletries in the bathroom in their suite room too..

Worst service ever..The lady at reception is rude and dont offer room service at all..If there would like to give beyond 1star. This spoiled our stay! The rooms are small and dont offer extra blankets for extra bedding .. The charges are quite high for this rubbish service

This hotel is very well located with a wonderfull view. That's all. I went there with an indian friend, the hotel appeared like under construction with a lot of staff everywhere so not charming at all. The room looks very nice at first sight but if you look well, closer to every furniture this is awefull, nobody is cleaning this hotel... I could not even imagine lay down on the bed... The bathroom was very dirty and when we asked for a toilet cleaning, it was like they never heard about cleaning before, then someone came with a very dirty towel with no cleaning product so I asked for it and they came back with some "acid" which irritated my nose and throat right away... a complete disaster... Then we decided to leave the hotel and after a long wait and an explanation with a woman supposed to be the boss, we left quite angry because she firmly refused to give us our deposit back... The woman was very disagreeable. While leaving, my indian friend told me it was a horrible experience... And the prices my goodness, a joke!
