Our family had a fantastic 3-day stay at this hotel. From the spotless rooms to the top-notch service, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, and the staff, particularly the manager Mr. Malik and Mr. Ciya, were exceptionally friendly and professional. They also have great English so we never had a hard time gathering information about our trip in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and were blown away by the cleanliness, excellent service, and delicious food. The staff, especially the manager Mr. Malik and Mr. Ciya, were incredibly kind and accommodating. Also, they have an advanced English level and this made things a lot easier for us. Coming from another city, we were impressed by their hospitality.

The staff are so accommodating and Malik the Manager is friendly and warm. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect for seeing the iconic sites of Istanbul. Kemal and Mehmot asked us our plans everyday and provided helpful tips and travel guidance.

Apr 2024 Location is perfect, walking distance from most of the attractions, restaurants and shops, specially the grand bazaar. There's a lot of hotels in the area but White House Hotel was a gem. Upon check in we were greeted immediately by their friendly staff Enes, served us our welcome drink, and gave us some helpful pointers and reminders when walking around the neighborhood. We are also delighted with the room upgrade and a personal hand written letter from their manager. Upon entering the room, a little romantic decoration in the bed surprised us, which is a plus. We just stayed there for two nights, but wished to stayed longer and planning to stay there again when we come back. We also had the chance to meet their manager Malik, who also gave us some gifts to remember their hotel. Such a nice gesture and made us feel special. Highly recommended. All the staffs are friendly and always serve you with a smile.
