We had booked this hotel for the marriage function of my daughter on 16th (12 rooms), 17th (30 rooms) and 18th April (entire hotel with its all 42 rooms). We were there for these 3/4 days with all the family members/ friends and all the guests. Total food (pure veg) arrangement (b/f, lunch, evening tea and dinner) was made by hotel only. It has been a wonderful and delightful experience to stay and dine here. Extra courtesy and warm help by all the staff, round the clock, under the leadership of Manager Shri Sartaz, has been ❤️ touching. Menu for four course meals, for all the days, was prepared in consultation with us but the food quality and preparation was a shear pleasure for everybody's taste buds. Chef Anil has done a good job...he is an expert, who first try to assess one's taste and liking and then excel the expectations. Special thanks to Shri Akshit Malhotra for ever smiling problem solving. Approach to the property need some face lift and widening/space creation. It is possible only if top management wish to. The reception was amazing and the rooms so were so beautiful! The historic quality of the site was so impressive and the temple so impressive in its decoration. I loved the authentic touches left in place like the temple decor & door locks. It hailed as we arrived and they escorted us door to door with umbrellas and let me use their phone to call my old hotel to recoup something I left there. All the while the bellman, randeep held my bags and patiently waited for me to finish my compilated check in. Everyone was so gracious and welcoming. At breakfast the chef made out group a special dish of Halwa that was so yummy. I was welcomed to breakfast by abinash and sonu and tushar they opened all the dishes for me so I could take a video for the bride memory album without me asking. Even dilep helped. Rasham made sure everything was run smoothly. Sushma helped us connect to the Wi-Fi and they all waited on our group with such patience to so many requests it was amazing! What a wonderful staff and site location💜

The stay was exemplary and the GM Mr Chandra Gupta Maurya made it extra special with all the attention to the room. The food is great too and the sous chef Mr Thapa ensured we enjoyed all are meals at the hotel The staff is well behaved and is very chivalrous Overall a great stay!

Our stay at Ramgarh Heritage has been wonderful . The place is really exquisite with wonderful hosts . The food at the restaurant is also very good , especially Sonu , the waiter over here was very sweet to us . He made our stay wonderful
