During our stay at WelcomHeritage Ayatana Ooty, one person who truly made the entire experience unforgettable was Ms. Shahinbanu. From the moment we arrived, she took complete care in meticulously organizing every aspect of our stay, ensuring that even the smallest of our requests was met with warmth and efficiency. Her gracious nature, constant attentiveness, and ability to go above and beyond made us feel not just like guests, but genuinely cared for. It was her personal touch that transformed our holiday into one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had, and her dedication reflected the finest standards of hospitality. While Ayatana itself is a beautiful property with its serene setting and excellent amenities, it was Ms. Shahinbanu’s outstanding hospitality that gave our stay its true charm. We remain deeply grateful to her and to Ayatana for creating such cherished memories.

We had an amazing stay at Ayatana Ooty. The property is stunning, surrounded by greenery with breathtaking views of the Nilgiris. Rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Very well maintained property. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and nature, and we left with unforgettable memories. Highly recommend Ayatana Ooty for a peaceful and luxurious getaway! Special mention to Amruth ! Excellent photographer. Hats off to his skills !!

It was short stays for two nights. Property location is excellent and away from city madness. Doesn't have enough space inside the compound and with limited amenities. Rooms are good and views from room is great. More of north Indian menu in food and traditional south Indian cuisines are missing. Vegetarian options are limited and choice of buffet is not encouraging. Bar and spa is not yet started and that is a huge drawback. Currently the room tariff is not matching with the facilities provided and it definitely on higher side.

They weren’t just staff—they were the heart of the place. Bhanu was warm, attentive, and somehow always knew what we needed before we asked. Uma had this quiet grace and made every interaction feel personal. Whether it was helping us plan our day or just checking in with a smile, they made us feel truly cared for. The food was delicious, the walks around the property were serene, and the whole vibe was just… grounding. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel held by nature and good people, Ayatana Coonoor is it.
