It was my first time in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is so tasty that it made me feel I am having homely food. The pool side and sky lawns are so amazing and beautiful. The hotel is located in such a place that it gives so peaceful view. A very special thanks to Mr. Rajendra from Housekeeping department for your hard work and pleasant service. Keep up the good work.

We have visited Thiruvananthapuram and stayed in Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram, it was a wonderful experience and peaceful stay. Breakfast and dinner spread was good. All the staff was courteous. Swimming pool was clean and properly maintained, gym equipment were in good condition.

Very nice property. Excellent staff. The hotel was not crowded when we visited. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Great location. They had organized the 3rd guest bed as requested before we occupied it. Room was a little small for 3 guests but good quality. Definitely recommend it.

Let’s start with the positives. Wasim and Amrutha at the check-in and checkout were wonderfully sweet and efficient, showcasing their professionalism. Applause👏🏼 Pooja at the restaurant provided exemplary service and very accommodative with a smile on her face 😊 Kudos! Although, the breakfast buffet fell short of Vivanta’s standards, with average taste and limited variety. The restaurant’s size and congestion made dining uncomfortable, with staff and neighbouring tables’ presence feeling intrusive. The manangnt can make note of this and see what can be improved. Ankush, the front desk manager was warm as we had a short chat while check out. Not to forget the Chef who was present on the night of my stay (name forgotten) was very kind to even send some butter for my morning coffee. ☕️ I loved the uniformed men at the entrance holding up doors for the guests as they walk in and out !
