This guest house is very bad! From the outside you cannot even recognise it as a guesthouse as the building looks like it will fall apart soon. In addition the entrance is hidden between several shops. The people outside look quite strange and poor. Arriving at the third floor and looking into the room it was not like on the photos! The beds were very dirty with several dirt spots on them (dont want to know which liquids there were). Before we entered the room one man just tried to clean it with some hygiene spray to get the bad smell out. The room door did not even close properly! Leaving valuables would have been impossible. Do not stay there it is disgusting! We directly left the room again after seeing it and searched for an alternative. Unfortunaly we booked via booking.com and did not get the full money back. Really bad that booking.com is offering this guesthouse.

Please dont trust the photos put in for rooms in goibibo its fake.. Its a shaby old house and very un safe. I was mislead due to photos of room in goibibo.We went in a group that why we were safe.The crowd is very bad.The rooms are very untidy and small. DONT GO not SAFE AT ALL!!! I would give a negative rating if I could. I dnt know how this so called guest house still changes 1000 per room.

Viva guest house is very near to kadamba bus stop but its not for stay ... Ther is no clean, and seems very small rooms . Even there is no minimum service like phone, hot water etc Dont go for this and
