Stayed here for 3 nights and the room was reasonable size (King size bed) with dated furniture and bathroom. Foyer and check in staff were welcoming. With a few minor improvements this hotel could really lift their standard i.e.dry cleaning bags in room, free water bottles, digital clock, and serving alcohol in the restaurant and food in the bar. The bar on the top floor is very good but you can't order a meal here. There were weddings each night and I never had any noise in my room. Hotel is a 20 minute walk to the large shopping centre "The Forum". Good strength wifi.

I made a reservation @cleartrip a month in advance and got a confirmation mail saying ‘your pillow awaits you’ on reaching the night of stay it was utter mismanagement. The staff made me wait for 45 min. There was only one guy manning the counter and was under stress leading to rude behaviour. On giving him the confirmation no. He told me there was no booking. On calling the abysmal @cleartrip helpline I was informed that the hotel had not confirmed stay. The cleartrip guy simply said sorry and said he will figure out something in the vicinity. At 1030pm at night! After sitting on the money for a month cleartrip had the courage to blame it on the hotel. Was lucky enough to have a Raddison Blu next door where I checked in. My last interaction with cleartrip and vijay park for sure! #vijayparksucks #cleartripsucks

Highly impressed by the ambience, peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff.Interior works and infrastructure impressed me a lot.As it is located at the mid of the city,I enjoyed lot of shopping,sight seeing & entertainment at just few minutes travel. I can't imagine a gorgeous hotel at Chennai like Vijay Park with this lowest tariff.

They do not have separate smoking and non-smoking rooms. Being a non-smoker, I choked for a whole night. There was no fan in the room and the windows are sealed. I checked out the very next morning even though I was booked for 3 nights. And the place looked like a gambling den with people smoking and drinking everywhere. Avoid!

It is a centrally located hotel with an imposing tower like structure. Staff are courteous in check in and Goibibo booking is easily recognized. I saved Rs 440 in this booking. Room is spacious and all amenities are basic, with washroom smelling. Bed is comfortable. Central A/C, LCD TV, breakfast 7:30-9:30 am included, free but weak WiFi. Lobby is very impressive and there is a restaurant in house with room service. The hotel name shows up on Google or Ola as Koyambedu location and it is the same area as in hotel address, Arumbakkam. That made me calll the hotel.
