Next to BTS station room very clean and big

Just a minute walk from BTS station and quick check in, big bed and comfortable friendly staff, room was very clean, many places to eat and drink around this hotel or by BTS Train to Ari station just 3 minutes you will find so many food and drink places. We think we found the best Thai restaurant next to Ari BTS station. It's name is KINN LANN the best modern and Thai Twist restaurant in Ari, we will be back again!

Location lacked a little, not much around us within walking distance and we were reluctant to cross the road - there is a pool which was great considering it was so hot, onsite restaurant was wonderful - Our room was an average size for 3 Single people and had a roller bed which wasn’t great but bearable for the two nights we were there. Staff were nice, not very informative or knowledgeable of their surroundings, perhaps a language breakdown?.. Im not sure..

Just the worst experience of my life in a hotel. I have been in plenty of different hotels categories (from 5 stars hotels to hostels) and I have never been treated like in this hotel. We have stayed for 5 nights, and when we checked out at 6 am (16/11), the girl on the reception (that also was the one who checked us in when we arrived and also treated us unprofessionaly) told us that we have to pay for a towel that my girlfriend dirted with a little bit of eyeliner when she cleans her eyes AFTER cleaning first with the makeup remover. We told her this and also that when you wash it, it will get clean and she answered shouting to clean it by ourselves or to pay. All of this with our taxi waiting in the street and the time to arrive to the airport running. I want to add that the towels were old and broken with holes and we never complained. We have to ask for shampoo and gel shower everyday too. But the worst part is just this reception girl, talking disrespectfully and unprofessionaly and she didnt let us go if we don't pay for an old towel that they didn't clear properly. At the end, tired of her talking I told her to call to the supervisor and she answered that wasn't possible and then she let us go. The time and energy that we spent and the bad vibes that we felt when we arrived and when we left weren't expected from a 4 stars hotel where we decided to spend our relaxing last days in Tailand, after paying 5.800 baths. I can't understand how a rude person like her is working in a hotel with this category or in any customers service, unbelievable.

Worn out interior need renovation. Not satisfactory atmosphere for this price range. 200m to nearest BTS exit. Staff follow regulations to let you check in not before the announced time. Basic gym equipment/basic pool area - nothing in this hotel makes you coming back.

Room was clean and spacious, provided all necessary amenities. Staff was great but not available at the lobby at all time. The location was excellent, just a few steps to BTS station, very convenient for anyone who would like to travel but skytrain. Very reasonable price.
