I stayed here for two days, its most wrong decision of my life I pay there 4000 for two days even there is no TV working, telefone dead, power socjet are broken and washroom water tab are very bad condition it's getting down everytine, I request to staff cancel my reservation but staff behave very rudely and told you can go without any refund, what the hell, interior goods but poor maintainance, and very bad staff

The facility has a Poor infrastructure, seapage can be seen everywhere... Room 305 wall was full of it. Lights not working, full of dust, poor maintenance of the room...fall sick due to that... such a waste property.

They will charge you high with not giving amenities. Following things i have experienced here:- 1. They dont have geyser in their rooms plus once they are out of hot water they wont be able to provide hot water in cold climate. 2. Wifi was not working i made my stay for two days then i vacated it for another hotel. 3. Food quality was not good they will charge you for high price and deliver worst food. 4. Reception people are rude. 5. I will not going to make my stay again as i am planning to visit hardiwar next weekend again this hotel sucks.

medium range room with good foods. staff full supportable. best things is its near to railways station. i am using MAP plan so i better foods along with tea, coffee. i will give 7 point out of 10 points.

Hotel is behind Chitra cinema theatre. Otherwise very inconspicuous. It’s on a narrow lane. Rooms are comfortable and toilets are clean. Staff are friendly. Food is good but there are plenty of good hotels nearby who serve great food.
