I stayed here for a couple of days. Rooms are just average and bedsheets are not cleaned well. Also hotel staff is so irresponsible and unfriendly. Also ordered breakfast from here which is also poor.

Don't go to this hotel. They ask more money and gives bad service. On Check in only u will understand. Manager is the real culprit. Reception people are cheap. Not at all good. Far from city. No restaurant near by. No transport. Hotel people charge like anything for small small additional items, cheap behavior of hotel people. Don't ever think of this hotel, not even boys can stay, so forget about family ly or couple stay.

I happen to stay here for a little over 3 months and I was taken care off so well. The team is great especially Ravi and Basheer, both are go to men. The location is nice, great ambience, good for a short or a long stay in Madurai.....keep up the good work.....

Madurai was our first Indian gate, and the room in this lodge was perfect. Clean, air con, wifi, hot shower (not really needed). The neighborhood is very quiet and get to rest pretty well. Very good restaurants nearby and lovely family running the place.

As a concept, the service apartment UrbanSpice caters well for big groups and families who would like to spend time together and are looking for reasonable lodging costs. While the decor is done in good taste with antique fixtures, the day to day functional needs are poorly met. The bathroom cleanliness is poor, facilities such as the A/C, TV their remotes are either not working or need better maintenance. The kitchen can be better equipped with cutlery, basic condiments like salt, sugar, tissue napkins, towels etc. Clealiness too, since lizards were seen prowling on the counters. For the rents paid, the service provided is very average and management needs to shift its focus to dramatically improving its services.
