Service was not at all good as compared to Nirvana and Keepsa. It took almost 30 minutes to provide RO water at room after calling at reception.No body arrived at our room to carry luggage to the cab even after calling.

Udaan is not my favorite hotel anymore, quality has gone downhill, flies hovering over breakfast buffet, dead spider in the Raita (In a resturant which claims a pure veg one) on pointing they offered me free desert!!!! Ever billed for the food, even after calling 4 times washroom exhaust was not turned on stating the fact the the are run on schedule????? Random knocking on the doors, reminded me why I stopped staying at hotels below 3 star. It's becoming just another OYO. I am both sad and disappointed.
