1. The Food was not good, over rated and staff took lot of time to bring the food at the rooms. 2. There was no network and the wifi was also very poor. 3. Even though it was clearly mentioned in the message to settle the bills during checkout, we were been asked to settle it during checkin which ideally didn't make any sense. Housekeeping staff was good and cooperative.

Better options available: Frankly the only usp of this place is the location. It is only 100m from the beach.(no it is not sea facing). The exterior is ordinary: Pros: 1.location 2. Staff: honest and willing to help Cons: 1. Rooms: ordinary and in some washroom was quite shabby . No paid tv channels. However hot water was available. We were given family room which was quite large 2. No wifi in rooms. One has to sit in lobby for that 3. Breakfast: upma and poha were the standard options. However they provided bread omelette as we refused to have either of the above. 4. View: ours was ground floor with no view. Dont think there is any in other floors as well. 5. Pool: combined size of 3 bathtubs. 6. Payment: credit card payment is not taken as wifi was issue. 7. Price: looked pricer as compared to some overlooking properties with proper pool and live music etc and price difference of 500. So i would choose this if i have few option left only..

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and helped us in carrying luggage. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered with had a smile on their face while greeting us and made us comfortable during the entire stay. The staff at this property are all great and they all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was also delicious and healthy which was served to us as breakfast. Great experience enjoyed in the hotel

While staying in the hotel, I found it to be the best by far. The staff are the most courteous, efficient and helpful. The housekeeping services was up to the mark. It's a great place to stay. The staff take the time to help in every way possible so that we can have a great experience. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable.

It was a super stay, where my check in was very smooth. Reception staff was very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was delicious. Location is very convenient. Will come back again if city calls back. Thanks to the hotel team for hospitality.
