My Worst experience with Mumbai hotel Metropolis

We were on a 1 week trip and it went on well until we landed in Mumbai metropolis hotel, we are given 2 rooms close by which are 501 - 504 inspite of us checked in late the rooms were not ready and room 504 had A/ c not working even after they tried fixing it for hours till 10 pm and room 501 had faucet not condition were as soon as flush water will pour like dam drain and will never stop. Post arguing for hours they were able to give alternative room as they couldn't fix the ac issue and requested us to adjust for a night Even on the second day after multiple requests front office lethargically informed us to adjust for a day again with the broken faucet flush post informing the front office manager at 10 pmi will write a Google review we are offered a different room..., Restuarant is too small were you can't sit comfortably otherwise food and service is can be rated as 4 / 5. Hotel and room look is good bud badly needs maintenance and good maintenance team.. Poor maintenance of this hotel and the lady at front office made us feel we stayed at alodge instead of a 3 star property

We stayed this hotel at 5-6 January 2023. We have payment issue regarding to Hotel POS machine. And i have sent two emails (on 01 and 03 February 2023) asking for refund of my money which were double charged to my credit card by your hotel receptionist. Booked the hotel via booking.com On the day when arrived at the hotel, after long flight, the hotel had cancelled my stay without any notification! I complained, the hotel manager Asif, then suggested I go to their sister hotel which is nearby? I agreed as I was so tired The sister hotel turned out to be, the most disgusting place I have ever been to ! Breathtaking and elegant property to stay in with reasonably priced rooms that are clean and well-maintained... restrooms for relaxation....
