This hotel has the most unprofessional staff & the worst services i’d ever experienced… this hotel is located at the very opening of so many gutters and it is in the middle of nowhere… images & reality are way different… they dont have recharge in the tv, they dont provide glasses to even drink water unless you dont order something.. they say rooms are occupied but you’ll be alone on the whole damn floor… they say breakfast is complimentary but they’ll provide you single plate of breakfast serving 3 idli and some rice which if you need more you can’t have more because they serve breakfast limited breakfast in your room… we paid 2200 for one but its not worth for 1500… we travelled so many places in Tamilnadu but here the experience was the worst… dont come here until its the last option

Awesome experience. Staff are friendly and approachable. They are doing the needful. Breakfast also very nice.good to stay here. I stayed for 13 days no issues at all. Very satisfying. Whenever you need and what ever you want you can directly contact them. For any issues or changes you can directly contact treebo customer care

Loved staying here. Hospitality is really good. Very close to chennai trade centre. Staff is really polite and helpful. A good and affordable choice near chennai trade centre. Planning to stay here again for my upcoming chennai trip.

While checking In, at around 10 :30 PM on 24/4/22, the receptionist at that time was so strict as though we were doing something wrong in asking for different room and hotel related information. He wanted us to strictly inform him about the timing of our food that has to be given and taking the order for coffee or tea in the night itself when we were checking in dead tired and just wanted to hit the bed. I totally understand that the documents are crucial for booking the rooms, he made sure that all the members' documents were provided to him when we were juggling around for more than 45 mins to arrange the docs (photos). He seemed to be so strict about it, that he started telling that only after the docs were submitted will he be able to officially generate the booking whereas he bounced before collecting all the documents to get the payment done from us. This clearly showed the attitude of the receptionist at the check in time. He was being so strict with all these, but never answered the multiple phone calls when called from the room. I really felt he was so rude with us.

It's a pleasure to stay in season 4 Residences Gest house. The staff is very kind and very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And its very good location in Chennai. We really enjoyed the staying in season 4 residence thank you
