We wanted a hotel near Clarks Amer but this wasn't as close as they claimed to be...almost 10 km from the JLF venue. Everything in local cuisine had to be ordered in advance for room service. Breakfast charges were separate inspite of booking a room with breakfast included @ booking.com My friends had a leaking ac and no welcome basket in their room. The breakfast space is too small and gets crowded very soon. Overall, not worth the price it's listed at.

It was the biggest disappointment ever in my life as a traveller. Despite the lean time like this the hotel could not provide even the basic cleanliness and other facilities. The booking was done after checking the 'excellent' reviews from popular websites like agoda, MakeMyTrip and booking.com, which means all the good comments were managed falsely. A word of advise stay away from boutique hotels, howsoever they claim to be 'excellent'.

Should be a 4.5. clean room. Housekeeping is attentive. The food from the restaurant was warm and fresh. We had a room at the front and it was quiet. Location was not far from where we we visiting. The tea was always fresh and warm. Staff speaks English.
