Very good resort to stay. In a prime location, ambiance is so romantic that we are thinking about to stay there again n again n again. Staff members are so helpful,well Behaved and Very much responding for 24*7.there is no aspect I can remember to put this place in a not good remarks. Me and my wife enjoyed north Goa trip at its best for this resort of course.the rooms has all the amenities one can ask for. And it's cleanliness has overwhelmed us. Love to visit again. The restaurants serves very good quality and delicious food.

I have stayed at this hotel few time before its always been a pleasant experience, Very fast check in, very clean and spacious rooms, well maintained facility. Room service was prompt and food was great too, convenient location near beach., i would love to come again..

Photos provided in website are misleading. Actual room is something different. No all amenities are available in the rooms as mentioned in the website like no hair dryer, no fridge etc. Location is little inside from main road. Swimming pool is so dirty. It was looking like Swimming pool water not changed so many days. In our room there were lizards, Spiders, ants and small insects. Gutter was overflowing in the garden (near swimming pool) and bad water was coming from it with so many insects and worms. No hot water was available in the hotel. Mug given to us was not clean but washroom was clean. At the time of booking we were informed that two water bottles will be complementary in a day, but in hotel only one complementary water bottle was provided. Air conditioner was good. Don’t book this hotel unless necessary. Totally waste of money. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The images shown in all the websites are misleading. Even though swimming pool was small the water was not maintained and was stinking. The wardrobe inside the room was half built, plywood was raw, you cant keep your clothes there. The room and bathroom was clean, but the bucket and mug given to us was sticky (not washed for ages) As it says near to beach , Candolim beach is atleast 10 mins walk.
