Great hotel, excellent service. Had a wonderful time. The Indian food is exceptional. The staff including Batti Lal in the restaurant and the bar staff were all very attentive and pleasant. Would highly recommend. Very close to Ranthambore where we saw tigers twice in one day!

Batti lal what a guy looked after our every request and some. Good banter and lots of laughs. Remembered all the little details about us like who drank what and how we liked it. I wish him all the best for the future. Only problem is now all the other servers at the next hotels will have a lot to live up to. Thank you Batti. You are a gentleman

A lovely stay at The Tigress. The room was great and the staff are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool was a welcome stop off between safaris. They helped us purchase train tickets which you’d think would be easy - not so! My partner accidentally dropped his phone in the taxi on the way to the railway station and the hotel were great, they located the phone and delivered it to our hotel in Agra. The hotel is also very close to zones 1-5 in the national park. The staff also printed off our boarding passes for the safaris and liaised with the drivers to collect and drop us off. What more can you ask of an hotel?
