Worst experience. Manager was very rude and no intercom and no Room service for even water we where asked to take by ourselves from the watercan kept in lobby.not worth for money pls don't go by the review given one rating itself is not worth for this resort..pls don't waste your money

The rooms were very expensive, but there was no basic facilities like Intercom and water facilities. For water, we only have to go and get water in lobby. They wouldn't change the bedsheets even though it was very dirty and we even told them to clean it but they did not care. The mat was also very poor quality. The water inside the bathroom came inside the room. The manager was very rude and didn't even hear our problems. There were a lot of insects lurking inside the room. We have to take the plates also after eating. Very worst service and maintenance

The overall experience was very pathetic. The manager was very arrogant. they gave us used bedsheets/ blankets and when asked he is very recklessly replying. Food was very pathetic, utensils were not clean. treated us very badly. ladies were not confortable and scared. overeall our vacataion turned out to be nightmare.

We stayed here in their triple room from 23rd Dec - 26th Dec. Stay was quite good enough with a clean spacious room with a decent room service. Room has a AC, fan, TV that works along with a comfortable bed. Washroom was clean with a geyser. Main highlight of the room was the balcony with a dinning table that offers fantastic view of the mountains and their garden as well. Their in-house resturant serves quality food that suited our taste buds. Food quality and quantity was enough for us as well. View from the resturant is just superb. They do have a big parking space for all the guests. Staffs and Manager Madhu was very courteous and co-operating. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful mountain view. Very relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds. Second floor rooms have balconies with table and chairs. Games room, campfire area, attentive staff and great food. Loved listening to all the different bird songs!
