Going out with my family after 23 years. A holiday worth spent well in the tall trees resort Munnar A perfect escape destination for the family and a much needed one The hospitality was amazing right from entry ant exit Friendly staff Quick service A well planned bday celebration of my child What more to ask from them Thank you for the holiday made memorable

Apt name and place.the very vibe lets you know they mean hospitality.we stayed in the cinnamon cottage -two of them and since we were five of us and together .they provided a very good located room side by side..with all amenities including ironing board and humidifier too....and a very useful in room slippers. Very very thoughtful. Very clean and neat..everythings in sync with nature here.nothing seems out of place or removed... The staff in restaurant all and others in house keeping and swimming pool all deserve special mention as to their hospitality and care.without them it would have been very difficult to run this place this good. They have electric cabs for the steep climbs.buffet dinner and breakfast are a feast to the eyes ,tongue,stomach and the soul. My specials regards to chef joe mon,elisha,elviya?(twins) Rajeesh,ramesh to name a few...rest i forgot the names..but all were excellent.
