Staying at this iconic hotel was part of our special anniversary trip and celebration in India. What an experience it was. Every corner of the hotel carries the elegance, history and the iconic Taj touch. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. However, I was a bit disappointed that Taj Mahal palace ignored / forgot my note of our special anniversary celebration being the reason for our stay at this iconic hotel. There was no acknowledgement / special gesture shown by anyone. Whilst Taj Vivanta Ernakulam hotel did everything to make us feel special throughout our stay as part of this trip.

I recently stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai from 5th to 8th March 2026. The property truly lives up to its legacy in terms of ambience and heritage. It is a great hotel that offers a royal and luxurious stay experience. The housekeeping staff were courteous, efficient, and ensured that the room was always well-maintained—this aspect of my stay was highly satisfactory. However, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. Despite spending approximately INR 2 lakhs during my stay, my NeuCoins points have still not been credited. I have followed up multiple times via email, but there has been no proper response or resolution. Such lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially from a brand of this stature. While the stay itself was comfortable, the post-stay service experience has been frustrating and below expectations. This needs immediate attention.
