Taj Hotel A great brand ....But we had a bad experience in Taj Tower / Taj Mahal palace hotel @ Masala Kraft restaurant . The quantity of dishes and specially rice even won't enough for my 10 year old child .Also the dishes quantity were horrible .The rates are on very higher side as it's 5 star and obviously the property and location is such which is understandable but which not reflected in service and quantity. Quality and taste are of OK type .Served flakes and papad bites and 4 onion pieces which we get much more in normal hotels . Comparing hotel size restaurant is too small and not much space for privacy .Also we expected the service should been more understanding the we had a child too with us Another main thing the area where the name of the people lost life in terrorist attack written in Golden letters in almost white marble / Granite which is almost impossible to read ...Suggestion either make the writing in dark colours or convert backdrop to black so that it's get readable .... Also Commandos name Sandeep Unnikrishnan sirs name written below in between guests name without his Desig and rank which should be in top area or separate ....( If it's his name mentioned in that ) As he sacrificed his life for others ....so pls do the changes needful if possible ...also tc of quantity and the vessels size you serve .....Thank you

A beautiful world of Taj! One of the best experiences we had and truly loved every minute we stayed at the Taj Mahal. The staff were the best followed by the rooms, the history. There is so much inside the beautiful monument. The grandeur, the elegance, the art, the culture, the history, the beauty, the bad times, and above all the style!

We had one of our best hotel experiences ever. From the moment we stepped into the wonderful lobby to the warmest farewell we received, we felt like royalty. Our Palace Club room was no less than wonderful and immaculate. The Club Lounge and its staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed the food presentations and the gracious service. Ms. Tandel was the nicest, warm and professional duty manager, and she spoiled us with a myriad of attention! The staff at the pool were all attentive professional and nice to have a chat with. We just found service at Sae Louge during breakfast, nit really as warm and attentive compared to other hotel venues. One of the most history filled hotels in the world, which cannot be missed ! For an even more grand experience, choose the Palace wing and go for a Club Room or Suite, you won't regret it! In all an experience to remember and to long to have again!

From chck-in to check-out three days later my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Taj Location: 10/10 Service/staff: 10/10 Food: 9/10 (perhaps more choice?) Room: 9/10 (small bathroom) Negatives?: The only negative was the small, characterless, expensive Harbour Bar. There are more appealing bars just behind the hotel which are far better value and far more interesting. Its a shame that such an iconic hotel doesnt have an appropriate bar/piano lounge.

I was visited In gateway taj on Friday , I was very bad experience in the hotel, the staff of the hotel was very roude very eggo stick, I was having my own 40 lacks car the valley staff was was asking do u have any work to visite at hotel.
