The St. Regis Singapore is a lovely hotel even if a bit dated. The room decor and furnishings are a bit old and some common areas need updating. The hallways need A/C. Walking through them gave off a musty, swampy smell. The breakfast buffet was well done with lots of options. The staff is superb. Specifically, Gobi. He was super attentive on our first visit and was great at helping to curate our visit to attractions and excursions, In addition, he remembered us from our visit 2 weeks prior and was equally as attentive on this visit. The St. Regis is our preferred hotel because of the excellent staff, service and amenities provided. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Wonderful staff, GOBI went above and beyond regarding service. Spa was delightful (sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi). Gym could use a few more machines but breakfast was to die for! Thank you for a lovely stay! Would 100% stay if coming back to Singapore.

Courteous staff. It was unique for each staff to address the guest by his her name, it is a skill that stood out. The meal we had was sumptuous, courteous staff always smiling. Rooms were comfortable and overall it was a cherished experience for us.

The St Regis has quickly become my favorite hotel in Singapore. I used to stay at the JW marriott which is a fantastic new property. However the quality of service at the St Regis is special. I wanted to thank Jisu from the buttler team who always goes out of her way to make sure I have the best experience. From getting upgrades to a special request I had for a very particular soup :) I wanted. They specially ordered the ingrediants and made sure it was available the next time I came. To Mr Kamal the Sous chef - who checked on me a few times and came to see me at breakfast to make sure the soup and everything else was perfect. The St Regis has become my go to and is always part of every Singapore itinerary for me. Thank you team!

Disappointing Reservation/Stay at St. Regis Hotel

I recently booked at the St. Regis Hotel and had a disappointing experience. Despite requesting a King bed during my reservation, I was informed upon arrival that only 2 Queen beds were available, with no effort made to accommodate my request. The check-in staff, , displayed unprofessionalism and refused to check for alternatives or confirm availability. This attitude, coupled with a lack of empathy, left a lasting negative impression. As a Titanium Elite member of the Marriott Group, I value their standards, but this experience fell short. Key points of dissatisfaction include: Failure to provide the requested room arrangement despite a prior reservation. Unprofessional and discourteous behavior from the check-in staff. I ultimately had to seek accommodation elsewhere due to this experience. I urge the hotel management to address these issues to ensure such incidents do not recur.
