The resort was such a serene place to stay nestled within the coffee plantation. It is wonderful for family holidays. They had provided us with baby food and were very helpful at any point regarding the baby. Coming to food, every item we had veg and non veg, all of them are well done and tasty. Special mention to chef Anil kumar who has interacted with us and was very apt with suggestions which we loved immensely. The breakfast spread was actually great with both local, indian and continental options. Definitely should visit for a relaxing weekend.

Serai Resort is a very nice resort the view there is full of nature I liked the service there very much the staff in the resort is very good in which Ms. Asma gave very good service from welcome to check-in check-out room service food and other facilities are well managed and if there was any problem Ms. Asma solved it immediately and the jaggery coffee there tastes very good and the spa service is also very good which was suggested by Ms. Asma ji overall the experience at Serai Resort was good and I would like to Thanks Asma ji for giving good service

Visiting The Serai was a memorable experience. If you want top notch hospitality and be close to nature this may be the place you are looking for. Chikkamagaluru is a favorite destination for our family and The Serai doesn’t disappoint. Surrounded by lush green coffee plantations and old growth trees the place is a lovely getaway amidst nature. The upscale villas are well appointed and aesthetically pleasing and the property is serene and super well maintained. The highlight however is the food , hospitality and staff. I want to call out a few people that made our stay so much more pleasant. Raju the assistant sou chef personalized our experience. Knowing my love for home cooked Bengali food, Raju whipped up a delicious meal one night without pior notice. Every dinner Raju would stop by tables and engage us and ensuring that we were taken care in the best possible way. Soumen served us great breakfast and bent over backwards to customise to our family’s needs. The food and beverages manager was attentive and ensured we were having a good time. Asma and Angel at the front desk were super helpful and pleasant. Asma provided us with great tips to find lesser known local attractions and they were so worth. Overall it was a great experience being at The Serai. There are some functional improvements in the room that can help elevate the experience even more. But if you are looking for a beautiful nature resort and good food and hospitality this should be on your list.
