Great service all the way from front desk, prompt service calls, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast included. A+ grade for Uttam, Arpita, Anita, Sunil and Ankit in the cafe. Wish they accept foreign credit cards

Miss.Indu Sahoo extremely supportive member from housekeeping team of Sarovar portico hotel. She helped me a lot and anytime she used to spread her helping hands towards the guests.I really appreciate her efforts and her work is so much neat and clean that any guest can easily appreciate.She made my stay a very happy and joyful. The Aroma restaurant of Hotel Royal Retreat is one of the best restaurant in the Ranchi. I would like to mention here Mr. Ankit Verma and his team Ms.Kajal, Ms. Tanisha, Mr. Sukanto provides you the best food and services and they take care of your food choice as per your taste and requirement.

Staff were really were good.I really like the hospitality part in the restaurant specially staffs named Ankit,Kajal,Manisha and sunil so cooperative.I really liked their behaviour towards customer.And quality of food was also very good
