Worst and very upsetting experience with Make My Trip and this hotel

It's a very bad experience with this hotel. We had booked through Make my trip during mid of November 2023, our booking was from 14th December 2023 to 17th December 2023. Booking was confirmed on advance full payment on Make My Trip. After this MMT sent messages ,that the hotel authorities are waiting to welcome us, this kept us in happy mood, and we started our journey on 13th December, A person from the hotel reception called us and said ,,we are denied the booking, room cannot be given as they are having payment issues with Make My Trip,since long time, this information was given to us at the Nth, hour of our journey. We requested him to allot room through the hotel side as we had started our journey, for this he said,they had canceled our booking and given to others, and hotel was sold out. This is very unfortunate that the hotel business doesn't support ATHITHI DEVOBHAVA, we felt very bad by the attitude of the hotel, complete travel was upset and ,we were constraint to go back ,as other hotels were also full. Please carefully check out Make MY TRIP and this hotel before booking.

Ordered tea and it took 3 and half hours after making so many calls ... stay away from this stupid property : dinesh 21/10/2021 room 212 ... I hope readers will stay away this hotel all spending and waisted

I had visited the hotel with my family on the 28th of December, the staff refused to turn on the air conditioning but after insisting upon it, it was turned on. But the staff behaved negligent by turning it off many times, while we were still having dinner. We have been regular customers to the hotel and the bill paid is never less than 3000 or 3500 each time we visit. This was also brought into the concern of the hotel through their official website, but we haven’t received it till now.

This hotel people are not predictable, if you book a banquet hall, you may have to confirm with them every now and then about confirmation. They may cancel your booking if any other party comes for with higher budget than you.Food is also an average and not that much spread also.

We stayed just for the night. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff are well groomed and helpful. I did not take any food so won't comment on that without tasting. Liked everything, the only thing which I did not like was no parking space. You have to park your car outside on the road in front of the hotel. So on that part I am disappointed, else everything else was good.
