Overall a very good experience. The ambience of the hotel is good. It is very clean and bright. The salon staff as well as the reception were very thorough with the job. Rooms are spacious and we'll lit. Pawan Kumar Das cleaned my room very well. Very cooperative and friendly staff.

Extremely bad experience, especially in DEL restaurant at breakfast. The girl at the counter was insisting on asking about payment. She was like payment will done before or after b/f. She asked twice. That's not an hospitality. Extremely bad experience with the staff at DEL RESTAURANT. They need to be trained..next time would definitely not visit. Instead loved an experience at j w marriot and andaaz at aerocity Also we had two rooms . There was constantly chaos in the rooms, since there was some civil work going on top floor. They should not have issue such rooms. Problem with steam too. There was no attendant. So was not able to do stream. Guy's strictly don't think about this hotel in future
