The resort is situated on the banks of the river and has a good frontage. Having said that the management has not capitalised on the that. It is one of the better places in the area but falls short of what they tout to be. We stayed in the new wing and not the cottages and the rooms are fairly large with balconies facing the water. Pretty minimalistic and cleanliness averages around 70%. Customer service is almost nil though they are polite. We a unit with two rooms and a common lounge area and were never in possession of either of the bed room keys not did the key card work on most occasions. The spa in the new wing is a scam and a sham. It was so dingy and dubious. The therapist was a novice and literally ran out after a while though they had collected the full amount. Please inspect the place before you pay. The ayurvedic spa was rated at 6/10 by my friend. Food was fine and on the last day they served breakfast a la carte. They serve alcohol only in the bar area. Plenty of good restaurants down the road so its better to eat out. A good location to travel around the area though.

This is probably one of the better properties in this area and our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and large but signs of damage was visible in many places and left unattended. Avoid the spa inside the building, I ran out without a second thought. They have an Ayurvedic center the services of which are average. The staff at the restaurant are grumpy and behave indifferently and we have to ask them for water, cutlery etc. Having said this, I must also say this place is value for money.

Poorly managed appointments at the spa and all They say "yes" " yes" but then cancel. See image for details. I booked massage and spa appointment. Called multiple times to confirm but no response. They said wait but no one called. Finally I moved for breakfast thinking all should be well and reached for my appointment. They refused me stating they got another appointment from reception.
