Truly a 5 star experience, staff was very polite, room works with an iPad, very modern, lounge area and play area of hotel is really nice.. 3 types of restaurants available for dining, multuicuisine breakfast, something for everyone, location was city center so everything was nearby, especially rock beach and white town, 10 min auto ride away... auto easily available from outside hotel, and can take cab services from hotel also

Always we prefer to stay at Residency, hospitality is unmatchable and staffs are also cooperative, looks small from outside but rooms were very spacious and well organised

Staying at The Residency Towers (Puducherry) has been a one of a kind experience! From awesome food to amicable hospitality, everything is absolutely top-notch. Every second was worth it! Special mention to Divya, Gayathri, Balaji, and Aaron who made our stay extra special!
