Please don't stay here it's deserted and adequate lighting no resturant no food no tea no coffee only make hot water and drink as told by reception no galley nothing pls don't spoil your holiday by staying at Queeny airport road.Everthing you have to ask them on photo edited

Terrible hotel..there is so much of noise due to renovation. The pool was closed as was the restaurant. Not even a cup of tea could be ordered.. We paid for breakfast and got 2 idlis and a bonda and a cup of tea. Nothing more. The key was not working and everytime we had to call them to open the door. No bucket was kept and the shower was not working. No one at the reception at night. Book if you have no other choice

We got the worst possible room. Room had no AC. It was full of mosquitos. Very dirty. We arrived at night 12 midnight. Only after raising ruckus the next day mid-morning, they shifted us to a better room. THE WORST HOTEL EVER!❌❌❌ I’m sure you don’t want to spoil your trip, so do not get a room here. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!❌ Staffs are non welcoming, very arrogant, and non professional. Especially the evening staff (receptionist) are the worst. What I hated the most was : 1) No one welcomed us while we entered. 2) Receptionist charged extra 500 for the second person. Who does that!? Charging for third person is okay but second person!? Seriously? 3) No one carried our luggage till the room. The lift wasn’t working so had to take carry so much luggage all by ourselves. 4) The rude unprofessional evening receptionist gave me the worst hotel room. 5) Room was very DUSTY, UNCLEAN, NO MAT OUTSIDE WASHROOM, THE FLOOR WAS NON SWIPED, THE BEDSHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN, HAD NO VIEW BALCONY ROOM, LIGHTS WEREN’T WORKING, SOME BAD SMELL WAS COMING OUT OF THE AC, THE TOILET POT WAS LEAKING AND THE JET SPRAY AS WELL, WATER KETTLE WAS VERY DIRTY. I was sneezing all along because the room wasn’t clean at all. 6) I came here with my girlfriend and she felt very UNSAFE. *****Guys I am putting my time to type such a big bad review to help you figure out with your trip. This place looks good from outside and the photos but the staffs and the cleanliness is ZERO! ❌ Me and my girlfriend just hated this place! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! *****

Hotel is under maintenance, completely deserted. No service. Breakfast is just formality outsourced giving 2 idly, Wada and tea brought packed in polythene. Worth only for night stay not more then Rs 1000 per night. I booked via MakeMyTrip and I didn’t find such information that hotel is under renovation. Since rate was reasonably good so never doubted hotel is not operational completely.
