Stayed here for 13 nights - longer than expected. Found the reception welcoming, courteous and helpful, even when we arrived at 5am from UK. The sizable room was clean and well appointed for the price. Good en suite facilities and plenty of hot water, unlike a couple of previous hotels. Breakfast was served by friendly and observant staff, with lunch and evening meals available. (Plenty of local alternatives.) Personally speaking, the two chairs would have been more comfortable if not corner chairs. It was a shame that the room overlooked the busy Ring Road: OK for the view but less so for the inevitable noise level. Would I go again? Absolutely yes.

I stayed for 3 weeks recently and all staff are just amazing and very friendly and 2 persons that stood out was Mr Subrata and Mr David. Both very outstanding and professionals and defo know how to look after their guests.

I got married in December 2020, was looking for a good hotel in Kalyan Nagar to put up my wedding guests. The Pommels is a wonderful hotel - all my guests were taken care of extremely well. The rooms are spacious and their breakfast is fresh. The staff is super helpful, a special mention to David who went over and above to show hospitality to our guests for my special day. The location of the hotel is great, it’s walking distance from a lot of eateries in Kalyan Nagar. Also, it’s close to the ring road so connectivity is good. Please don’t hesitate to book this hotel, it will be a pleasant stay :)
