The hotel location may be the best in Vizag. The sea facing rooms have an awesome view. The private beach and the other facilities give the hotel a resort feel. The breakfast was good. Staff is very courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking view of the sea from my room. To my opinion the best hotel in Vizag to stay with. I will recommend this Hotel to my colleagues and friends. I am also overwhelmed with the cordial attitude of the Front Office Manager.

This is a old hotel with minimal renovations done to the rooms , the breakfast is served in a banquet hall which gives you a glimpse of a middle class marriage hall of 90s. Bathroom fittings are barely functional and aging is visible on most of them. The lift from reception to the room takes you back by atleast 40 years or so. I use to rely on trip advisor reviews but I think the reviews for this hotel are rigged and paid ones. I still have a second night to stay here ( already paid fully thru cleartrip) .They are under staffed and every service takes ages . Room dining experience was mediocre, breakfast was below par . I won't recommend this hotel to anyone .

I booked it for my parents and I informed Ms Lalita(Hotel Manager) and Mr Vipin(Kitchen Manager) to take care of my parents as I stay in Bhubaneswar. I just wanted to see my Parents Happy as they did so much for us. Trust me, they had no words to express how Great they felt that- 1 day at “The Park Hote”. Every staff made them feel special. They are extremely Happy. Thank you Team. I recommend people to stay and take good memories in this Hotel. Thank you.
