I was our first stay with The park New Delhi and stay was so comfortable. We liked the room it was 612 interior was nice amenities were also good. Location is perfect for all travellers. As we were getting late so we didn’t had our breakfast but yes will be back soon. Subhadra met us upon departure she was very polite and helpful. Shadab also very humble. Thank you both.

Was looking for a hotel near new delhi railway station hence found The Park New Delhi. Hotel seemed old however staff was excellent. I booked luxury room and room allocated to me was with a great view. Chetan Was the manager i spoke to about drilling noise where he calmly made us understand about the scenario and offered room change. Apart from this entire stay was comfortable and breakfast was great

Had the worst experience ever at this property - I reserved this hotel to get a few hours of sleep before a long flight to the US. I checked in at Noon or so, and after a short wait, I was given a room on the 8th floor. The staff did not inform me that there were renovations going on on the 9th floor - that too, right above my room. After about an hour of non-stop hammering and drilling, I called the staff and pleaded for a stop to the drilling for 30 minutes or so, to get some sleep. I spoke to managers Ankur, Ashish, Elishba, and staff Nandini (7 times I called her). However, they chose to ignore me. I have stayed at this property for decades, and have always had a very nice experience. Mostly due to a change in staff, I believe, the service levels have dropped drastically. I also spoke to Mr. Thapar at the front office to no avail - absolute disregard for a loyal customer that has stayed here for decades. Shocked and disgusted, and the unbearable non-stop drilling noise right above my bed, I left the room after less than 3 hours and am spending the time before my flight in the lobby level coffee shop. The staff at The Mist are lovely and took great care of me - especially Mr. Dagga and Harsh Rangra.

Very nice hotel, staff are friendly starting from the main contact person Mrs. Neha who help us a lot and the FO team Mr. Vijay, and the restaurant team were super good. In terms of the room the housekeeping team were very helpful Mr. Amit Kumar the HK supervisor were assisting us with any request and well Mr. vinnedra also from HK team who was super friendly and always cheerful. Much love thank you so much for making my stay in India wonderful 💕
