Rooms were spotless and the facilities were well maintained one of the thing I admire in my experience is the well groomed and helpful staff . My special request were taken care on priority by Mr Ankur who helped me to surprise my fiance by advising me to visit the night club Agni during night it was just fantabulous.

absolutely shocking I would not stay here again not for all the money in the world run for the hills!!. I was booked to stay here for 3 nights. I ended up checking out earlier and booking into another hotel due to The state of my bedsheets waiting and 4 hours for a new room! I was given a room with bedsheets that had a yellow stain that looks like someone had sh** the bed I went down to reception after I had taken a photo of them and the reception desk look looked absolutely horrified and then told me someone would be up to change the sheets they change the sheets and then when I pulled the sheets back down to check again, there was another stain exactly the same like someone had sh** the bed the housemaid team said these are fresh linens! My friend who was in the room with me at the time said “obviously they aren’t”So the hotel decided to change rooms by this point. I had had enough once it’s fine twice maybe. I then found out from my friend that while I was out shopping my luggage, from checking in earlier was just lying in the foyer for about four hours before being taken up to my room anything could’ve happened to my luggage someone could’ve taken it could’ve had something in it, but the fact that they didn’t store it somewhere safe my bag had valuables in it that I had bought from travelling around Rajasthan. The final straw was when I was told that go to the pool party that was for Holi and that I could not attend unless I paid between 2000 rupees and 3000 rupees even though I was a paying guest at that hotel that was the final straw for me I packed my bags up and left. I was asked why I was leaving and I told them the above reasons and said you would be hearing from my travel agent.
