Whilst it says 5 star the actual property is more 2. Brown water running from the shower when you turn it hot, generally run down fixtures and fittings and a thumping baseline from the nightclub on the ground floor. Other than that clean sheets and mostly helpful staff save it from being a 1 star review.

F&B: Ground Staff has good customer service skills. Deserves a praise from their Manager! Proposed improvement: Add a separate Tea/coffee station for guests as we then do not need to wait for the servers to get the drink. Housekeeping: Make sure they refill the shampoo (they didn’t for 2 days). Polite staff though. Reception: They sometimes talk very loudly in front of guests with their colleagues….cracking jokes etc. Don’t look very professional. Yesterday night, one of the girls at reception were playing with a guest’s rose bouquet and acting with it. As a guest, this made me uncomfortable. Security: Always greeting guests and respectful. Helping with luggages and opening car doors make the experience more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay at the Park. All Staff always helpful and kind. Cheers!

Room service was good. Ankit made sure everything was available in the room and all clean. Food we had different varieties. Kusum helped a lot, very friendly and welcoming. A good place to stay in the centre of New Delhi. Staffs are all good.TY
