I had a very bad experience at The Park Hotel. The front desk staff was very rude and not helpful at all. At the time of check-in, they made us wait for a long time without giving any proper reason. Even when we asked questions, their attitude was not good. The housekeeping service was also very poor. The room was not clean when we entered. Bedsheets were dirty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. We had to call many times for room cleaning, but no one came on time. Overall, service was very disappointing. Staff behavior and cleanliness both need serious improvement. I would not recommend this hotel to others.”
