Stayed here recently its near US Consulate. Its just walking distance from consulate. Will recommend if looking for stay near embassy. Also Richa and Kannadasana were very helpful.

Very bad behaviour of check in staff Satyabrata and very slow check in process. End less wait, no clear communication. Specifically of Satyabrata needs some behavioural/ hospitality upskilling. Arun Director was good at least he did listen to concerns.

Not up to the name rooms good bathroom is crammed and so many wall scrapings not neat as room.recetion desk behave it as if we are staying in a military hotel .reception people should be trained how to talk pleastly and with a small smile in their face..they can charge some more money for that..

Visited Chennai for a family trip. And this time we stayed at The Park, Chennai located at the heart of th city. It was such a good experience that we had the staffs were so kindly and helpful throughout the stay and their breakfast was the best.
