What I liked - Central and convenient location - Friendly and approachable staff - Good value for money What could be improved - Breakfast service was disappointing — my order never arrived and had to be cancelled - Porter behavior felt uncomfortable, as they appeared to expect tips and lingered near the door offering change - Front desk was understaffed on Sunday morning, leading to long wait times and poor queue management, as guests were attended to out of order

The reception staff is least bothered to help and attitude seems to be thankless and mostly serious. The breakfast was mismanaged on Sunday with orders from live stations not arriving even after waiting for 30 mins, after which we had to give up and leave. No discounts for in-house guests for services within the hotel.

Stayed here recently its near US Consulate. Its just walking distance from consulate. Will recommend if looking for stay near embassy. Also Richa and Kannadasana were very helpful.
