We had a flight at 4:30am so decided to stay near airport to catch some sleep before we head off to airport. It was a quick stay. Loved the hotel. Check in was smooth. Rooms was clean and bed wad comfortable. Fresh and clean linen. Rooms have fan and aircon (that’s what I like). Would stay again if I have a chance. Plus point is Ganga restaurant is right in the hotel, cheap and good.

Had a worst experience with the hotel staff where when I travel to Mumbai I always book in this hotel initially it used to so nice place to stay but today I am very disappointed with the new staff who denied the early check-in we reached Mumbai by 7:00am i called the hotel and spoke to the reception person explained the same they said to please come we will accommodate but after reaching the hotel even after waiting till 10:35 they didn't give the room and said if you pay extra we can or else it can be done by 12pm only if they would have informed me earlier i would have paid and got it but after awaiting for such a long it doesn't make any sense. Please guys if you want to go there be careful they might try to charge you extra. They don't even have the courtesy to f****** apologize also they don't provide any responsable person phone number to complain about it. I am never ever visiting this place again. Excellent in every respect - I have fond memories of dining at Tunga - both international and paradise ever since my programming days in Seepz. Years later, I had the occasion to stay here for a night and I was pleasantly surprised with the fit for purpose value prop of the place. The reception person Mr. Shankar was very prompt and proactive and gave us the room by 9 am. Considering that our check out the next day was 4 am, we really felt blessed by this gesture. Food is excellent, room service is fast, and the room has everything one needs in. a business hotel. Thanks Tunga for the hospitality.

The hotel is ok, average stay. In the room that I stayed, there was a lot of continuous noise being heard. Clean interiors and good housekeeping. Reception is prompt and very friendly, to name, Ankita and Suhas. Food was very good
