I hate to write bad reviews for any business but sadly this has to be done. I booked the Orion Plaza for 2 nights 4 rooms during March 2026. We simply need a safe and clean place to keep luggage and sleep whilst we did a quick 24hrs site seeing trip in Dehli. However as a regular traveler for both business and personal pleasure this had to be the worst hotel i have stayed . Either my family and i were given the worst rooms /floor or this we was just a really run down hotel and the picture posted are nothing like what we saw . The accommodation was in generally poor condition, with damaged floors, cupboards, and doors, several of which had non-functioning locks that raised safety concerns. There was visible mold in the shower, excessive noise from other guests and outside, and the exterior of the property was dirty and poorly maintained. The cleanliness of the beds was questionable, and as a result, we slept on top of our clothes. Although the room rates were relatively low, I would not recommend staying here and intend to contact management to request a refund. Positive aspects included friendly staff, consistent hot water, and the provision of water bottles, towels, toothbrushes, and shower toiletries.

Location is very close to metro station. Staff is kind and helpful. Restaurant Blue parrot is nice ambience. Rooms are near and clean, good work by Hk supervisor Mr Ajay.
