The inefficient housekeeping with unhygienic bath towels and hand towels created the unhappiness stay Requested thrice to replace the towels and after 3rd attempt , the housekeeping guy replaced the towels .. also even after 3 reminders, they sent me few packets of milk powders Guest experience is too poor.. I would request the guests to make the room clean in front of you before you enter the hotel rooms.

Really good hotel and as hotel practices me and my husband are totally non smoker for us it was a really good hotel. And a staff of hotel are very generous l. I wanna mention Shounak really thank you shounak as shounak took check in and did check out also he offered us express checkout so we don’t have to wait in queue

I really like the spread. I specially want to mention the names of staffs, ms kanchan ms snehal and ms tejal. Dahi puri was man of the match. And that hot chocolate made my day. clayton’s singing was also appreciable. I like the atmosphere also… big thumbs up to the boulevard restaurant.

Excellent food service, the ambience is fantastic with the aesthetic views and the songs playing in the background. From the chats to the starters to the desserts the experience was worth it.The food variety from all the corners be it the salads or the sushi. The mango mania was a blockbuster. Our hearts weren’t full but had to hold back cause of our stomachs. And a warm gesture from chef Paramjeet, Ashish and Tejal added to the experience.
