Pros: Good sized Rooms. Clean Room and toilet with neat and clean bed linen and towel. Toiletries were shampoo, soap and body lotion though expected more. Breakfast spread was good. Location is also good. House keeping staffs were excellent and prompt in updating room condition. Cons: Front office staffs need to be more customer friendly. Restaurant staffs are average, could be better. Restaurant pricing bit heavier on pocket. Revision requested. Comment: I am satisfied and happy with my stay in the property. I will come back.

Property is located within 10 mins drive from Chennai Central Railway Station.Nearest ATM are Bank of India,Indusind bank and South Indian Bank.Rooms are spacious.Food is a bit costly.Staffs are friendly and helpful.Arranged cab driver Hakeem for Pondicherry drop.Express Avenue mall is just 5 mins drive away.Autos are damn costly in Chennai once they realise you are a non tamil speaker.Marina Beach is 10 mims drive.Rooms are well maintained and property is neat and tidy with parking space of upto 7 cars at a time.Very minimum toilet accessories provided for Rs 3500 charged per night.Breakfast spread is decent but limited.Restaurant will provide milk for your baby till 10.30pm.Room service food items charged extra.

Worst services promised heavens and earth in between all - but need to go to their feet for everything. They prefer the facilities to be idle but don’t want to give to customers. Ashok deepak something darshan promises but no one is in touch with one other - need to explain all to all and beg to all. If you have no options - take this but if you have don’t take. Promising 24 hours any time check in but demanding money for early check in. Most stupid in behaviour though they are soft in conversation. Our Of 20 rooms booked requested for just 5 - 7 rooms and that too at 09.00am but still Reception is acting too smart As some one said here take the last option of the this property. They must understand that Group booking - we Can’t be chasing for each and every one for every check In Extremely sorry Darshan ji

Value for money was very good. Nice large comfortable & clean hotel room. The staff were very helpful. I was only there for a single night - but would have enjiyed to stay longer. Only drawback, the room was not equipped with a refrigerator.

Only visit if you don't have any other option. Don't go on aesthetics... This place looks good online however the room has Cockroaches..its smelly and they don't clean the room properly. On our second day the room was not cleaned until late afternoon we had to call them Staff doesn't know English well and they don't understand what you want to communicate. They give us one drinking glass on day one and they never changed it almost for a week. Bathroom has water logging and they don't even clean bathroom properly.. The hotel looks big but it just has two floors. There was construction going on and we complained about it then they stopped but staff doesn't mind any problem with customers.. They don't even apologies or ask for feedback.. Totally waste of money and time
