We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at The Leela Palace in New Delhi—an experience that truly defines luxury hospitality. The property itself is stunning and rivals some of the best hotels in the world, but what sets it apart is the service, which far exceeds anything we have experienced! Our butler Vinay was the heart of our stay and truly the best butler! From the beginning, he went above and beyond in every possible way, combining flawless professionalism with genuine warmth and kindness. He instantly bonded with our children and made them feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for throughout our stay. What moved us most was the way Vinay handled our daughter’s severe food allergies (nuts and sesame). We had actually delayed coming to India with our children for years because of concerns about her allergies, but Vinay and the entire Leela team immediately put all of our fears to rest. Her safety was treated as the absolute highest priority at every meal. Vinay’s thoughtfulness went far beyond expectations. Without us asking, he proactively contacted all of our upcoming Leela properties, as well as a non-Leela hotel in Agra where we were staying, to ensure every team was fully briefed on our daughter’s allergies. He even planned a special lunch for us at the Leela Gurugram on the day of our travel back to the US. This level of foresight, ownership, and genuine care is something we have never experienced before and speaks volumes about his character and dedication. He is a true ambassador of the Leela brand! We also want to sincerely thank Mona, Director of Guest Experience, who was incredibly helpful in planning our itinerary. She was personable, attentive, and ensured every detail of our stay was seamless and perfectly coordinated! A special thank you as well to Chef Amandeep, who prepared customized dishes for our daughter, including chole bhature and jalebi that became her favorite meal of the entire trip—an unforgettable highlight. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Chef Dev, Ankit, Pallab, Arshjot, and Jeevan for their wonderful hospitality and care across the various Leela restaurants. Every dining experience was exceptional, and their warmth and attentiveness made each meal memorable. This trip was truly magical and unforgettable, made possible by the extraordinary hospitality of The Leela team. We cannot wait to return, especially to The Leela Palace New Delhi, for another incredible stay!!

Magical experience at a unique hotel, old school luxury and excellent staff. Definitely a keeper! Book a city tour with a driver from the hotel - I warmly recommend Kranti.
