I recently stayed at Leela , the stay was excellent and over all gave a very warm and comforting feel. The staff was very helpful and always there to guide and take care of all our needs.Food was excellent (had to be). But , the best part was the morning breakfast , where specifically I’ll like to mention about Chef Bhaskaran (Qube restaurant) who daily used to come and suggest use new dishes and used to make South Indian dishes specially for us . His warm welcome and humble nature made a place in our hearts. We had taken spa therapy also which was superb, more to add on, the staff was very good and when they came to know that is was my wife s birthday, they arranged a small celebration for us. Thank you guys. Overall It was an excellent and blissful experience.

After trekking in Nepal and experiencing the omnipresence of the Chinese government in the Tibet Autonomous Region we spent 36 hours in Delhi. The Leela Palace is an oasis of calm in a bustling city of millions of people. From the moment of arrival at the International Airport to our late night departure to JFK we were taken care of as if family. The hotel and grounds are expertly maintained. Anything you want is proffered with a smile. We were especially impressed with Nashant, one of the 6 professionally trained butlers on staff. We could not have asked for better service. I have travelled to over 100 countries and seven continents. I highly recommend the Leela Palace as THE place to stay in Delhi.

I recently stayed at the leela palace, New Delhi and on my last day - i forgot my insulin injection at the hotel. after a few requests to the hotel - they sent a car to me AT THE AIRPORT to deliver my forgotten insulin. The level of service that this hotel showed was truly amazing. They made sure that my wellbeing was a top priority and even after check out this hotel - I was still their responsibility. The staff escorted me through the check in process to ensure that i was safe and well. The dedication and commitment to their guests show true customer obsession. In my eyes, this outstanding service exemplifies the outstanding standards that i wish every hotel would live up to. As for the rest of the hotel, it was nothing but pure opulence from the moment you walk in, the beautiful traditional greeting to the seemless check in process - being personally taken to your room and each and every aspect is shown to you (even the ac and light switches!). The room itself was beautiful and even the smallest room is amply big enough to spread out and relax. The bathroom is luxurious with even a little TV for you to enjoy whilst having a cheeky little soak in the bath! The bed was very comfortable and pillows could be ordered depending to choice (i stayed with what was already provided as they were lovely). the housekeeping staff introduced themselves to me, so if there was anything I needed - i could call for them immediately. from a spill on my evening outfit to bringing me more water in the middle of the night - nothing was too much trouble, Even, the little note that the staff wrote to me in my room to welcome me. Exceptional. The SPA - if you don't try it out, you are missing out. The massages and facials are wonderful - i even went back for a second one it was so relaxing. The ambience is soothing and and heated beds and temperature controlled rooms make it the ultimate experience. The gym is well equipped with high tech equipment and even a personal trainer to help you. I tried all the restaurants in the hotel, however my favourite would without a doubt be the indian one. The tongue teasing delights that i had there were worth the extra 2kgs i piled on during my stay (at least they have the gym to work it off!) - the food menu was varied and would suit everyone's palette and food choices - even down to the spice levels. A must try. Honestly, i have travelled worldwide with work and this hotel out does everywhere i have ever stayed. The commitment to ensure that each and every stay is a memorable one is unbeatable. I highly highly recommend this hotel and the team of staff that work there. I will be going back !!!
