World Class - let's start there! India does luxury hotels very, very well and The Leela Palace does it better. From the moment we entered the lobby, greeted by the heady sense of exotic flowers and a warm welcome from the check in staff, we were treated impeccably. Nothing was too much trouble. standards meant everything to the team and they worked tireless to exceed expectations. The rooms were very well appointed, with large "his and hers" bathroom spaces. The breakfast buffet was incredibly extensive. A special mention for Mr Ajit, Head Concierge, who genuinely goes by the daily adage that "nothing is impossible" and who took care of each every request with charm and professionalism. We felt as though we had made a friend. We loved the evening performance by local musicians too - very evocative with an amazing backdrop. Thank you Leela Palace, Chennai

It was a good business event with this hotel the leela palace chennai, we had a event at this hotel and the prosperity was really awesome Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near key attractions. The breakfast was decent, and the service prompt. Some noise at night, but overall a comfortable and pleasant stay.

From the moment we stepped in, the staff made sure everything was handled with utmost professionalism and warmth. The property itself is stunning – a perfect blend of elegance and grandeur that adds a special charm to any event. The banquet team was extremely supportive and responsive throughout, handling last-minute changes with ease and calm. The food was another highlight – every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, earning praise from all our guests. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Every element – from the décor to the lighting and logistics – was taken care of seamlessly, allowing us to focus on the event without stress. A huge thanks to the entire team at Leela Palace for helping us create such a smooth and memorable experience. Looking forward to working with them again!

We had an awesome feeling when we entered the hotel , Spectra restaurant was really nice The artifacts in the lobby was super , Would like to mention about the personal care of Ms. Trina , who is the house keeping manager , she is really soft hearted and she was offering all assistance , we felt at home and happy Would stay here a few more days ♥️
