This staff and service is exceptional. Everything from the decor to the room setup is carefully managed and maintained. The food is great! I found the greeters like Semontika to be very friendly and kind. Overall, I would highly recommend the Léela Palace

Stayed at the leela for my wedding. Really a special experience and was elevated by the butler service from Ayush. He went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The location is great if you’re visiting the city. Parts of the hotel are a bit run down and require updates.

Leela Palace is really a modern Palace. Usually we stay in 5 star hotel in Guindy. This is our first visit here. Gigantic entrance and warm welcome at Lobby. Mr.Sathish Butler connected with us. such a down to earth person. humble attitude in each and every stage. palace has lot of arts,painting and statues. Sathish taken as palace tour which was amazing and answered all our questions really a big asset for hotel in his young age. Big room with best housekeeping work.Enjoyed morning sunrise from bed and delicious food with varities of dosa and other food. All staffs are kind and hospitable. hereafter if Chennai means Leela palace only.
